Enquiry form privacy information
The form accepts an initial message and optional adult name, email address and phone number. Please do not send child or clinical information through it.
Submitted fields are encrypted before they are stored. The site owner can read them only through the private, MFA-protected inbox. The form does not create an account or send an automatic reply.
Messages normally expire 90 days after receipt. The owner can set a specific Keep until date or delete a message sooner. An expired or pending-deletion message is hidden while its removal is completed through the recovery journal.
Contact details are optional. Without them, the owner may have no way to follow up. This page describes the form’s operation; it is not a statement of legal approval.
